About the Authors

Chris Resto (email), founding director of MIT’s largest professional development and internship program, the Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Program (UPOP), has advised hundreds of companies and thousands of college students on recruiting. Previously, he recruited and managed new graduates for Capgemini.
